Nose: Caramel and burnt oak Try a splash of water to develop the nose. Taste: This is a real man‰Ûªs whisky which despite a 15 year age statement can assault the taste buds with a 43% alcohol burn at first. However it quickly settles down to a warm, smooth caramel malty smoothness tinged with oak that will leave you wanting more. Finish: Short Earthy finish with strong hints of peat, burnt caramel and a touch of sea salt.
