It is rich in fiber, beta-carotene, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, and sulfur.The price is for about 100 seeds.Growing tips: start in punnets > separate and replant to its final position into good soil when the seedlings grew 3-4 leaves each > Germination soil temperature is 7-25°C, sowing depth ~0.5cm, plant spacing ~40cm, row spacing ~40cm. Wombok is an easy-to-grow plant, that loves the sun and moderate watering, however, the better the soil, the quicker and better it will grow. It doesn’t like to sit in water so a well-drained position is best. All our edibles grow happily and quickly in slightly raised garden beds.
