It feels like a true act of care and I love that it’s created specifically for perimenopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal skin, a group that’s often underserved in skincare. I was especially impressed by their closed-loop approach, growing herbs onsite in their own gardens, formulating and manufacturing at their New Zealand facility and encouraging customers to return packaging for reuse. The focus on transparency, sustainability and local impact is clear. The Calendula and other floral extracts really shone through for me and it felt pleasant- something very important in the creation of any hormonal products. It felt really beautiful on my skin and very hydrating and is definitely going to remain a staple for me. The creation of this product onsite in New Zealand with a number of complex ingredients impressed me! It really felt handcrafted with nature and there was a clear farm visual for me that made the product seem authentic and good quality. The use of droppers so that all of product can be used also stood out with wastage as such a major issue in the beauty industry.Erin Norden This cream would be an excellent choice for a very dry skin. While very hydrating, it absorbed relatively well and didn’t feel too sticky. The Ylang Ylang gives it a lovely soft scent. I love that this wasn’t over-scented. The calendula in the product featuring heavily I would imagine that this would be an excellent addition for those with sensitive reactive skin. I love that this is all made on site and the herbs used are grown on site. The option of a box free product for customers is also a good way of allowing customers to make a choice and therefore save excess packaging if they don’t care.
