This is the Apple IIe Number Pad Cable. It allows the external Number Pad to be connected to the IIe via the “NUMERIC KEY PAD” connector J16 on the IIe motherboard. It is located just to the left of the keyboard connector. Comes as pictured with mounting hardware.
