Description Ilex crenata ‘Convexa Gold’ Box-Leaved Holly. Japanese Holly. A dense, broad shrub which has purple-green stems which bear elliptic, curved, glossy gold leaves. Produces abundant glossy black fruits in autumn. Female. Grow in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in full sun. It will reach an ultimate height of 2.5m and spread of 2m. Supplied size 40-60cm (3 Litre Container)
