Made from a careful selection of the best cuts of pork, its flavour is enhanced by the excellent combination and involvement of the Dalhos vineyard, a well-kept and historical know-how. Being presented par excellence as a sausage for moments of sharing and fellowship, the chouriça can be eaten raw, although its preparation roasted on the grill or in a clay roaster with traditional brandy is strongly present in the imagination of consumers. Also try toasting it with a drizzle of very hot olive oil or boiling it and accompanying it in various dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine.
